RESUME SELECTION

Screening resumes is the process of sorting resumes to disqualify candidates using successively more detailed examinations of the resumes.

PASSPORT VERIFY

Passport applicants can get real time status updates on their Passport application using the Track Application Status feature.

MEDICAL

The job offer may be canceled because of the medical result. The worker will be required to repeat the medical exams upon the expiration of the certificate.

SELECTION PROCESS

  • On receiving the requirements from our clients, WE will check through the computerized Data Bank and C.V.’s of matching candidates will be sent to the client after checking their availability.
  • We also advertise in local newspapers on behalf of the client. Shortlisted applications screened by our experts.
  • Interviews are then conducted by the client after giving about one week’s notice to call the candidates. Interviews can be carried out in any part of India depending on the number of candidates.
  • Trade testing of tradesmen is carried out as per client’s requirement.
  • The selected candidates are sent for Medical Examination. The candidate is asked to submit their Medical Fitness Report along with Original Passport. After the receipt of the same we request the client to process their Visa.
  • Post selection service includes informing the candidates about their selection, acceptance of appointment letters, pre- departure medicals by reputed medical centers, emigration clearances, ticketing etc.
  • We strictly adhere to our client’s instructions at every stage of the recruitment and deploy the candidates within the stipulated time.
  • Counseling is provided to candidates about the Employer, his job as well as the general information about the country.
